Business Dinner Restaurants in Belgrade: 6 Venues for 8-20 Foreign Guests
A shortlist of six venues with what each official page confirms, what you still have to ask, and a checklist to settle before you book.

This list is for embassy, trade and cultural teams who need to host a seated business dinner for 8 to 20 foreign guests in Belgrade, Serbia, and have not yet chosen a venue. It covers six venues to shortlist, what each venue's own page confirms, and a checklist to settle before you pay a deposit. The pages we read rarely state private room sizes, minimum spend or seated capacity for a group your size. Treat those points as questions for the venue, not as facts.
How we chose, and what to treat with care
We looked for venues that publish a group, private or event option. The practical test was fit for 8 to 20 guests: a table, a room or a part of the restaurant that is not shared with other diners. Invoicing, transport and menu flexibility matter as much as the room, so the checklist at the end covers them too.
The entries are not ranked. Of the page text we reviewed, only Polet's states an address, so confirm the address and area directly with each of the other venues. We give no distances or travel times from any venue to hotels or the EXPO site. Traffic decides that, so ask your driver or hotel for an estimate for the actual evening and hour.
Everything below comes from each venue's own pages. Some are undated, so do not read any of it as current. Reconfirm menus, opening hours and group bookings directly with the venue.
If guests will also visit the EXPO site, EXPO 2027 Belgrade takes place from 15 May to 15 August 2027, according to the organiser's contact page. The site lies between Belgrade's Nikola Tesla Airport and the Sava River, and the airport is 18 km from the centre of Belgrade.
The shortlist
Restaurant Polet, Kralja Milana Street
Polet is at 31 Kralja Milana Street, according to its official page. For special occasions, the page says guests can reserve a table, a part of the restaurant or the whole restaurant, which gives a group of 8 to 20 several ways to book. The page does not say whether there is a separate private room. Ask whether a reserved part of the restaurant is screened off from other guests.
Villa Dedinje Business Lounge
According to its official page, Villa Dedinje has a meeting room, a fine dining room with an option to prepare food in front of guests, a fireplace room and a large yard for larger events of up to 150 people. It is set up for bigger events than yours. The useful questions are which room suits a seated group of 8 to 20, and whether that room can be booked on its own.
Recept Restaurant
Recept's event page says its offers are valid for groups of at least 30 people. For a group of 8 to 20, that is the deciding point. Before you count it in, ask in writing what applies to your numbers and whether a smaller group pays extra.
Restaurant K2
K2's corporate events page states a capacity of up to 40 guests, so a dinner for 8 to 20 is within that figure. The page text we reviewed does not describe the room layout. Ask whether your group would be seated apart from other diners and how the tables would be arranged.
Red Queen
Red Queen says on its website that it offers business or private celebrations in its own space, with set and buffet menus. The booking telephone number it lists is +381 66 247096. Address, area and private room are all unconfirmed, so settle all three before you consider it for a seated delegation dinner.
Novak 1
Novak 1 says its menu accommodates guests' dietary requirements, which suits a guest list with mixed needs (see its corporate celebrations page). As with Red Queen, we have not confirmed the address, the area or any private room. Ask for these first, and ask who is responsible for the group on the day.
Checklist before you book
This is practical guidance, not venue data. Send the same questions to every venue on your shortlist so the answers are comparable.
- Group and space. Give the exact number of guests and ask which table, room or part of the restaurant would be reserved. Ask whether it is private or only semi-private.
- Menu format. Ask whether a set menu or a buffet is possible for your group, and request the current menu, not the one on the website.
- Dietary and religious requirements. Send the list early and ask for written confirmation of what the kitchen can do.
- Minimum spend and deposit. Ask what applies to your group size, what is included and what the cancellation terms are.
- Timing and seating plan. Agree the arrival time, how long the room is available, and who is responsible for the seating plan and place cards.
- Invoicing. Give the venue your company or embassy details and ask it to confirm in writing how it will invoice. Requirements for receipts and invoices can change, so check them with your accountant or the competent Serbian authority.
- Transport and parking. Ask where cars or a coach can stop, how guests reach the entrance, and who confirms the return transport.
- Operating status. Confirm that the venue is open on your date and that the contact number still works.
Start as soon as the date and guest count are fixed. The pages we read do not support a safe lead time, so ask each venue how far ahead it needs a group booking. Get the answers in writing and keep one point of contact for the whole booking.
